The KLYR Return Policy

We engineer our protocols for efficacy and purity. Because these are ingestible nutritional supplements, strict quality control and safety regulations dictate our return policy.

• Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. The tamper-evident seal must be completely intact. A $5 restocking and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products.
• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will immediately dispatch a replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
